Having Trouble?

1. Make sure the GRIP&SHOOT has power:

a. Squeeze the trigger and see if the Blue LED blinks. If it does not, you’ll need to install a new battery. Check out our Battery Change Video

2. Check your Settings:

a. Settings > Bluetooth and make sure Bluetooth is ON.

b. Settings > Scroll all the way down to GRIP&SHOOT and make sure all the buttons are Green and your Photos are set to "All Photos".
